Questionnaire to All Racers


The purpose of this questionnaire is to ensure the Sailing committee is fully informed of the views of the sailing community when preparing the 2011 race programme.

Thank You for accessing this survey.  We are really interested in what would make you race more often. Also your views on what would encourage some of the non-racing members to race.

Where a 1 to 5 scale is used please indicate your preference according to the following:

  1. Strongly disagree or "not at all"
  2. Disagree
  3. Neutral on the issue
  4. Agree
  5. Strongly agree or "very much so"

This survey is anonymous.
The record kept of your survey responses does not contain any identifying information about you unless a specific question in the survey has asked for this. If you have responded to a survey that used an identifying token to allow you to access the survey, you can rest assured that the identifying token is not kept with your responses. It is managed in a separate database, and will only be updated to indicate that you have (or haven't) completed this survey. There is no way of matching identification tokens with survey responses in this survey.
