The club have a large and active racing programme, which includes a wide variety of Approved Boats which are permitted to sail from the club

Racing Series 2010:
Carsington Sailing Club is fortunate to sail most of the year, which allows the club to have a variety of seasonal racing series as well as a mid week evening series and a variety of regattas.
These are:
Frostbite
Spring (Series 1)
Summer and Autumn (Series 2)
Winter
Wednesday evening - between June and September.

Saturday:
Cruiser fleet racing has three races on a Saturday. There is one race in the morning, which starts at 11:00hrs. Afternoon racing commences at 13:30hrs, with the two races being held back to back.
This year there are 6 racing series (Please refer to the Sailing Calendar for details)
This year a
Novice Handicap Series has been introduced for those starting racing. Please check with your racing coach for further details.

Would you like to join in?
To allow Race Officers to run events we have two committe boats and a Race Hut. This allows Club Racing to (normally) continue in the event of an Open Meeting, or other event.
