Introducing the 2010 Photographer of the Year Competition

The Web Team would very much welcome photographs of all types of activity that take place at the club, whether thay are Sailing, Social, Humorous etc.

Photographs will be published in the Gallery and the team will endeavour to use some of this in appropriate parts of the Web Site.

To email any photos you have taken and would like to be published on the site please click here .

Should you have a number of photos please leave them on a CD in the web team tray in the office. Please mark the CD with details of the photographer so that recognition may be given

 

 

It is unfortunate that In these days of litigation that some ground rules (see below)need to be published so that the club is able accept and publish photographs from members.
Also the conditions as how visitors to the site may use photographs published on the site need to be stated.

• Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and any other rights on all material on this site are owned by Carsington Sailing Club and/or the original photographer.
  Visitors are permitted to print and download extracts from this site, but only in the following circumstances:

• Photographs are for information and/or personal use only.

• Photographs will not be modified in any way.

• Photographs may not be reproduced, stored or accessed in any website, without prior written permission from Carsington Sailing Club

• Photographs will not be included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without Carsington Sailing Club's prior written permission.

• In order to avoid any issues concerning copyright could you please confirm that the photograph you are providing to the Web Team have been taken by either you or other persons and are offered to the club for its use without any copyright attached to them.
