Old Committe Boat Restoration

When the new committee boat was purchased the general feeling amongst the members (that is you) was that it would be best for the club if the “old” boat was kept alive and serviceable.

The restoration has begun!!
Mick, Ken and team have started fixing all the structural problems.

How can you help?
There is an amount of cosmetic work that needs to be carried out – mostly surface preparation followed by painting – It is not a huge amount of work – and thanks to a kind volunteer it has already been started.

Can you give up a couple of hours one evening, or a half day at the weekend to ensure the restoration gets completed?
If you are able to help please speak to either Gill Pearson or John Bumby – they have agreed to liaise with Mick / Ken to get the work done in the right order.
