Sailing Club management

Carsington Sailing Club Ltd. is managed by an elected committee who are also directors of the company as decreed in the Articles of Association.

These volunteers from the membership give up much of their free time to manage the club and its facilities for the benefit of other members.

As well as attending management meetings they also form the backbone of the duty rotas and carry out other unpaid tasks on behalf of the club.

We also employ 6 paid members of staff to ensure the smooth running of what we believe to be some of the best facilities of any sailing club in the UK.

The staff consist of the following:

Full Time Manager
Full time Office Administrator
Part time Bosun
Two part-time mid-week Coxswains ( Mid-Week Safety Boat Drivers)
Part time Cleaner.
