Management Committee
Carsington Sailing Club Ltd. is managed by an elected Management Committee who are also directors of the company as decreed in the Articles of Association.
These volunteers from the membership give up much of their free time to manage the club and its facilities for the benefit of other members.

The Club employs 2 full time members of staff and 4 part time staff, to ensure the smooth running of what we believe to be some of the best facilities of any sailing club in the UK.

Sub Committees
The Management Committee delegates certain key operational tasks to a series of Sub Committees. These are all made up of volunteers who give freely of their time to assist in the oveall running of the Club.

Finally there is a regular mid week band of key members and volunteers who undertake specific tasks, such as operating the Weed Cutting Boat, Painting, Decorating and General Maintenance.
