Whats involved in Joining Carsington Sailing Club

Barrier Card  Berth Fees  Membership Fees  Membership Types  Voting Rights

Carsington is a large friendly club, which welcomes all new sailing and social members. Being a club we need members to help keep the club running smoothly, which also helps keep membership fees down. Members assist the club by carrying Duties.

Each member pays a duty levy of £60 per annum. Members carrying out a duty earn a £30 duty voucher, which offsets the following years membership fee.

Prior to joining we encourage people to visit the club and see first hand what is on offer. During this visit you can discuss your sailing experience and needs. Our boat park is nearly at full capacity so we cannot guarantee a berth for all boats, however we always try to fit people in.

All Boats sailed at Carsington must be Fully Insured and in good condition. They must also be on the boat limits list, which is there to ensure good safe sailing for everyone.
