The Galley
The Galley is open every Saturday and Sunday from 9.00am until 5.30pm. Drop in for a meal or snack and round off your days Sailing.
For Open Events we can serve breakfast earlier if requested and also have light refreshments available later in the day. We are happy to cater for evening functions at Open Events and Social Occasions.
The breakfast menu is usually served until 11.30am and lunch from 12.00pm until 2.30pm. We are flexible about the service depending on race times and weather.
Children’s portions are available on request, please ask if you don’t see anything on the menu they would enjoy.
At lunch time there is always a hot meal and a vegetarian option. We also sell Soup, paninis, filled rolls – both hot and cold. A choice of fresh salads are on the menu most weekends.
During the afternoon a varied selection of homemade cakes and savoury items are available to enjoy with a mug of tea!
We have an extensive choice of soft drinks in our “help yourself” cabinet, chocolate bars and sweets are under the counter.
We have recently started to sell Needwood Ice Cream from a local producer. The children will also find their fruit lollies in the ice cream freezer.
We do have Take-Away cups so just let us know if you would like a drink to take on board.
The Galley is open Wednesday lunch time for the Sailability group, when food is available for Club Members or their Guests.
Supper is served after racing on Wednesday evenings when our customers usually partake in a pint of beer, or a glass of wine. We endeavour to provide a meal to match!
During Bank Holidays we normally open at a later time of 10.00am and normally have a similar menu to the normal weekend one.
